when it comes to the vacation there are places that normal people go to and then places the rich and famous visit. There is a list out there that showcases some of the most expensive properties and I have to say, I did not like most of them. Most of them look pretty naff if you ask me, here are some of the expensive ones.
Admirals Treasure
Apparently this location in Key West Florida is on one of the best streets in the state, the property looks dull to me. The place itself is actually located in very safe and quiet residential area but it is not too far from the night-life of Duval. the pool in this place is actually thirty foot in lenth and has amazing landscaping so the villa is very privacy. It has one King size bed and three queens making it huge. You could stay here if you wanted to, for a massive $12,000 per week in the peak season.
Punta De Mita
Out of all of the ones on the list I have to admit that this one looks to be one I would actually stay in if I had money. This property does not come cheap and depending on what time of year you stay it could cost between $70,000 and $112,000. It has seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms along with a gym making it a massive 18,000 square foot villa. the villa is overlooking the beach too which is always good.
Reality
The chances are that I am only going to be able to afford cheap spa breaks or Hotels in Devon but hey, I am happy with my dancing holidays so why not?
Although I would like to go to one of these luxury locations I think that as long as you are happy on vacation why does it matter where you are staying?
