PAL is quite proud of the way they treat their customers, and it is that kind of individual care and attention that makes them so loved. In fact, what they do is offer their corporate clients individually tailored promotional packages. To top it all off, their business frequent flyers receive that plus the regular frequent flyer rewards. It is true that all major carriers engage in various kinds of rewards programs designed to retain business and look attractive. But PAL customers are known for getting more than the average air traveler.  For example, let’s say that you’re running a rc helicopter review  business, and come up despite of all the odds, will your company not gain respect? The same happened for Philipphine Airlines.

The Asian financial crisis hit the Pacific Rim and mainland Asian markets extremely hard. In 1998, financial hardships resulted in Philippine Airlines being placed under receivership. Because they weren’t able to service many of their established destinations, they had to be forfeited.

As they continue to rebuild, they are starting to reclaim many of the destinations that they lost. When PAL exited receivership in 2007, they began to aggressively rebuild their business. They now own 2 Boeing 777s, the most advanced airliners in the world, as was mentioned earlier. The story of Philippine Airlines is truly a fascinating story about business survival in a variety of world political and economic conditions. There is a lot to be learned from a company that has fought to stay alive for more than half a century. After surviving a near collapse, the company has made multimillion dollar investments in fleet upgrades as well as the purchase of a couple of Boeing 777s. All in all, Philippine Airlines has made a remarkable position in the memory foam mattress market, and is growing with time.
